We offer support for residents with memory impairment, including dementia, Alzheimer's, and sundowning, through a calm, familiar home and steady daily routines. Care fit is reviewed individually, so please contact La Casita to talk through your loved one's needs.

We provide support with diabetes-related routines and diabetic-friendly meal options as part of daily personal care. We do not treat diabetes. Medical care is directed by the resident's own licensed health professionals.

We provide wound-care coordination as directed by licensed professionals, and hospice coordination and support. We do not provide wound treatment or skilled nursing ourselves. Those services are provided or directed by appropriately licensed external professionals.

Nurse Practitioner availability may be arranged by request or through coordinated care, subject to confirmation. La Casita does not provide onsite medical care or 24-hour nursing. Please contact us to confirm what is available for your situation.

Days follow a calm, familiar rhythm. Residents enjoy fresh meals cooked in our kitchen and scheduled daily activities, with caregivers trained to support residents' daily needs close by and attentive throughout the day.

Yes. We prepare and serve fresh meals in our home and can accommodate special dietary needs, including diabetic-friendly options. If your loved one has specific dietary requirements, we are happy to talk them through.

Rooms are fully furnished and include housekeeping and linen service, cable, telephone, and wifi, so residents have the everyday comforts of home. The property is a gated residential setting.
