Small-home care, explained simply
La Casita is a residential care home, not a large facility. Up to six residents share a real house with caregivers close by around the clock, trained to support residents' daily needs. We help with the everyday routines of life and coordinate with the health care providers your family already trusts, so daily life stays calm, familiar, and supported. We have served the community since 2013.
Our care model centers on daily support, supervision, comfort, routines, and coordination based on each resident's individual care plan. Your loved one keeps their own doctors and licensed health professionals, and we work alongside them.

Safe Care Management
